Beacon Hill offers service with
ACR Cable. ACR provides crystal clear analog and digital cable to all the
homes in our apartment community. We have local and nationwide channels
along with many Pay-Per-View options. In addition, we offer high-speed
Internet access via our cable system with static IP addresses available upon
request.
The following is the channel
selection for our residents. Our leasing office will be happy to assist
you in initiating your new cable service.

Cable payments may be remitted in the same envelope as your rent payment.
Credit for interrupted service will only be given if service cannot be restored
within a 48-hour period. No credit will be given for interruptions caused
by a widespread power outage, extreme weather, or acts of god. Credit will
not be given if ACR Cable has not been notified that you have no service, or
service has been interrupted.
